1.All neurones including association neurones have a cell body containing a nucleus.

2.Another common names for association neurones are relay neurone, connection neurone,intermediate neurone.

3.There are many cytoplasmic projections around the central cell body.

4.The association neurones connect the motor neurones and sensory neurones.

5.The nerve impulse is carried in the dendrites towards the cell body.

6.The nerve impulse is then carried from the cell body to the axon.

7.They are found in the central nervous system (not found in the nerve).
